  1. No refunds are provided for old or used calculators once sold.
  2. No refunds are available for non-working, damaged, or out-of-order calculators because their condition is clearly stated before purchase.
  3. These items are sold “as-is”, without warranty, and without guarantee of performance.
  4. Customers must check the item’s condition before purchasing; after payment, the sale becomes final.
  5. ICO does not provide exchange, trade-in, or upgrade options for any calculator.

ICO offers professional repair and maintenance services. Our service-related refunds includes:
